Quick Review: Fifteen is the brainchild of Jamie Oliver (of the 'naked chef' fame and the sainsbury's ads). Every year Jamie takes fifteen unemployed young people and trains them to become chefs. Once trained, they staff the open (so that you can see in) kitchen at Fifteen for the rest of the year before going off to find work in the catering trade (and a new fifteen come in). All of this is accompanied by a TV 'reality' show. As for the end product, the food's good and so are the prices, especially for a 'name' restaurant.
