What:
One of Shakespeare's most famous and lauded tragedies sees
the young Danish prince Hamlet striving to avenge the unlawful
death of his father. When his father's ghost appears, telling
of his murder, Hamlet plots a way of exposing the guilty
party and bringing about their retribution. But, in his
passion, friends and lovers outside the deathly plot get
drawn in and hurt.
Director
Trevor Nunn has gathered some of the country's best young talent
to give this production a fresh look though contemporary eyes.
